Youth T-ball program for children ages 5-6 (must be 5 by 5/7/24). Each participant will receive a cap and t-shirt. Participants must bring their own ball glove. Other equipment is provided, however participants may be allowed to bring their own Tball bats and helmets (if approved). Practices leading up to games will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 5PM or later beginning May 7th. Practices will be 45 minutes long. T-ball games will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays (at 5:15 or 6pm start times) beginning June 4th. Times are subject to change based on the number of teams. Games are subject to rainouts and makeup games will be scheduled for the week of July 15th. Volunteer coaches are needed. Any volunteer coaches must attend the coaches meeting on Tuesday, April 30th, 7PM, located at the Bowling Green Community Center (Classroom A/B). Coaches are asked to complete an application and pass background checks prior to coaching.
